How to Establish Your Own Charcoal Briquette Brand
- Product Selection: Choose the type / spec / quality of charcoal that you want to sell.
- Package Sizes: Decide the package or bag sizes you plan to provide, ranging from 2 Kg to 10 Kg.
- Artwork Design: Start working on the layout templates for a graphic designer to create artwork for each bag.
- Purchase Order: Upon completion and approval of the artwork, your company issues a purchase order for the initial batch of bags.
- Manufacturing and Storage: Once the packaging are ready, the bags will be sent to the charcoal packaging facility, where they are stored.
- Product Orders: Issue purchase orders for desired product quantities, optimal cost efficiency could be achieved by filling an entire 40" HC container, accommodating approximately 26,000 Kg of product. For instance, an 8 Kg barbecue charcoal can fill 3,250 bags per container.
